Paired with hot sauce our angry fries have a similar flavour profile as buffalo wings. We don’t use heat lamps at Bleecker, so when you order your fries, they are cooked fresh to order.

It is a traditional New York shake combination, blending vanilla and chocolate. We use Nielsen Massey vanilla, sourced from the world’s primary vanilla-growing countries.

Not an american cheese fan? we provide an awesome alternative, blue cheese. Blue cheese packs a punch and melts almost as well. We use Saint Agur blue cheese from the mountainous French region of Auvergne. It’s creamy, bold, and has just the right kick of salty and tangy.
